Ankit Bansal is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverage industry. He is Skilled in Strategic Planning, Business Development, Sales Management, and Business Strategy.
- Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur.
Our goal is to make the luxury dining experience at a more affordable price with the delicious taste of dishes Hygiene conditions and transforming the dining experience of Mathura peoples.
Once at a time of outing with my Group, I faced problems, finding a Good restaurant that provides the best foods with luxury, at Mathura, that day I planned on doing a study on F&B industry & gather the necessary information required to implement my plan. This leads us to Launching Bansal Foods
- Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
I always think about making an effort to create employment, to be a boss not just on doing the job. my strength includes the flexibility to deal with people, to figure out flexible solutions to the toughest problems, always think to create value for all and not just for myself.
My Weakness is that, sometimes, I tolerate people for long. Although I am straight forward sometimes I delay it. I always “Think to make an effort to create employment not to do the job”
- What was the vision behind it?
Basically the main motive Of Bansal Foods is established with the visionary motive of Providing Luxury dining Experience in affordable price at Bansal Foods as in Mathura there is the maximum number of medium-income group community so the basic vision is for them to provide the best luxury dining experience with a tasty and hygienic dining experience at Bansal Foods.
- Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what way they are unique?
As the Name Denotes Bansal Foods means that, it is everything related to Food, Where from serving the Best food in a luxury dining experience, to tasty food for home delivery through various channels. From serving Food in Restaurant to your own events through Bansal Foods outdoor Catering
- What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?
As this is a common thing that everything have its own challenges and problems, so here, we too have the same problems from startup to Managing food quality to services for satisfying our costumers for experience the best at Bansal.
- How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?
Stress is the most common problem faced by every entrepreneur, it’s just a part of the operation, but to me, handling stress varies from depending on the situation, level of pressure, I Decide on how can I have to handle it. So I think that is not be discussed at length as this depends on the individual’s own mental psychology.
- What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?
As I started my entrepreneurial journey at very small age, I had a lot of time to make my efforts more for succeeding in my work. I have a very simple basic strategy, is that to be first to be established as a brand, which means profit is a secondary objective, primarily we had to Create Bansal foods as a brand in the market, then, we can proceed with further plannings.
- How your company is helping India to grow?
Bansal foods has its own identity in the local market, and if we talk about how it Helps India to grow, then as a CSR, Bansal foods has also its own identity for participating in all Social events through the various platform with alternatively grows or can say support the society and if society grows then it also helps India to grow.
- In your opinion what are the keys to success?
To become stubborn in achieving goals is a basic key to success. if you think about succeeding then you have to do all possible efforts on achieving it.
- What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?
In my view, technology plays a major & very effective role in our industry. also if we start from establishing the brand in the market, then the basic Point now is to totally Depend on Technology, like Digital India, the most important role for establishing a brand is to do online promotion of your brand in the market through various platforms.
If someone is coming from outside of Mathura and if they need to do Dine, then the basic thing they do is Search the best dining option online. so what they see online is how they choose from the option in there. They go through the experience from others, where they share their reviews with Others. This option if I can say now technology plays a basic role in the Restaurant sector also.
