2. Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
My journey as a Solopreneur is intentional and picked up by choice. For neither I am a login-logout person, nor someone who would first earn to pay up the salaries, though I have done it all before choosing to be a Solopreneur. I like to invest all my energy towards understanding the need of my client, curating the deliverable in accordance and transfer learning to raise their self-awareness to enable them to embrace changes and be a better version of themselves.
My working model is multi-empanelment as that does for the need of my team. Best is I learn a lot in the process and get ample time to invest in myself by reading and synthesising information to knowledge.
3. What was the vision behind it?
I am not sure what my vision was, but my need was to be learning, working and ever evolving without any boundaries of employment or onus of staff, stakeholders. All stakeholders I wanted to commit myself to were vendors and clients. Now when I write my vision statement, it is- “To create infinite possibilities for my clients by raising their self-awareness and unlocking their emotional strength” thats what my logo also stands for.
4. Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what way they are unique?
I offer my clients coaching for unlocking their emotional blockages through EI,NLP and Hypnosis modalities. I also provide training to PSU, private sector clients on my signature program- “Leading with Emotional Intelligence”. This is over and above the customised trainings I provide to my clients. USP of my offering is my Intention to help my clients help themselves. I instantly connect with my clients yet remain detached to the result, this is how I make the process of learning meaningful for the receiver.
5. What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?
Business development and Technology is an issue.

I chew byte by byte even the largest full plate. I prioritise, park and postpone but not procrastinate. Also, I believe that its okay to be not okay.

Nothing much, its all organic. Also, I hire support from time to time.

6 hours on an average with one day complete off.
My typical day starts with the doorbell of my house help and my fur baby wagging his tail to go out for a walk. Yoga for an hour, reading the newspaper with a cup of tea is my morning routine. I generally start my workday by 10 am and end by 5 pm unless an exception needs to be made. I do spend time reading a book everyday even if it is 30minute. I also spend time in meaningful networking which means I seek time and decide on an agenda to be discussed. LinkedIn to me is the most efficient platform for building my net worth through the network.
9. In your opinion, what are the keys to success?
Passion, Presence of mind, centeredness and focused approach.
10. What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring
