The times since my schooling I always take part in Sports, dance & debates. I have also won dozen of awards & certificates, whatever I do I make sure I am passionate about it.

I strongly believe an organization should never be driven by money, making money is important but it should not consume you. An organization should be driven by the idea which gives a solution to an existing problem. 

At THE MEAT STOP What we’re trying to do is bring fresh meat & Seafood delivery service directly to customers with topmost quality & hygiene. The Meat Stop is based on an end-to-end model that starts right from procuring the fresh produce to processing, storage, and delivery, locally-sourced meat, and seafood that has been processed using quality standards and techniques

You’ll notice that our meat is juicy & fresh. this is a result of a healthy diet and outdoor exercise, you can actually taste the pastures they’ve been roaming in, so we keep our recipes simple, and let the meat speak for itself

The background is from the banking sector, I had the privilege to handle the finance department, I had to do everything professionally, as most of the suppliers in this field will not even have a valid bank account, we had to bring them in line to our working format by upgrading their skills & technology 

We strongly wanted to change the what people think about meat 

As 90% of the business sector is unorganized, we wanted to integrate the business with technology. the advantage is whatever we do is being one of the first in the industry

Initial days were horrible, my advice to the aspiring entrepreneurs is you need to have an inclination towards your particular line of work, if you love what you do then regardless of all initial hassles, you will be able to perform. you have to get your hands dirty, like in the meat & seafood business you need to know everything about the meat, like how to source the animal, the better way to clean the fishes, packaging, quality systems – only then you can command work from others

At the Meat stop, we strongly believe in quality but not on discounts and offers unlike how other e-commerce is attracting the audience – The Bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten 

I have never learned the right way to do things, I have created my own systems . from procurement to delivery everything was our self-made systems where we want to understand the customer’s pain points and act on the solution 

Working 15+ hours a day, if a woman has to achieve something, she has to sacrifice the routine life. With passion & determination, THE MEAT STOP is turned into a business which not only makes money but makes people happy with our premium quality and hygienic products 

These days the business is like Before & after COVID. people are very conscious of what they are eating due to the pandemic here is where we make the difference. fortunately, the business has increased 3 folds after the COVID-19 situation. this is a clear indication of how the unorganized meat industry having a revolution 

We are setting a new benchmark by owing a world-class facility to process the Fresh cut meat & seafood supported by a robust inventory management, storage & distribution systems.

Currently serving in Bangalore & shortly we are planning to expand to other cities.
