However, despite this inhibition amongst most of the Indian population, Groversons Paris Beauty, the country’s oldest innerwear brand for women has managed to sustain successfully till date.  Groversons Paris Beauty dates back all the way to 1953 which was started by Chaman Lal Grover and had made its way to a wide range of customers across three generations back to back. 

The business was taken over by Rakesh Grover in 1986 and, after that Siddharth Grover Mr. Rakesh’s son took over the entire responsibility from him. Nobody expected that a women’s inner garment company which started on a small scale would leverage a turnover of up to 150 crore at the present time. When asked to Mr. Siddharth Grover, he replied that, the key to running their business successfully is the stress upon high-quality products and innovation. With the increasing demand amongst customers, they are trying their level best to add a couple a products more like shapewear, loungewear as well as sportswear to their range-line. Until recently it has opened its first retail store in South Extension-1 in Delhi.

Mr. Siddharth Grover became a part of the company in 2014 after he completed his post graduation from S.P Jain Institute of Management followed by doing an internship at Shahi Exports, a popular garment manufacturer in Mumbai. When Siddharth joined the company, it was no easy task for him to understand the vast range-line of fabrics and their individual usages. He also told that when he finally became a part of Groversons Paris Beauty, he decided that he would focus more on the latest tastes and preferences of the millennial generation while creating products for their customers. 

Also, the current era of technology has made communication much more feasible, and this has given them the finest scope to interact with their customers much faster than before. They are currently enjoying a prominent social media presence as well on platforms like Instagram, Facebook as well as YouTube. Apart from having their own official website, Siddharth said that their company has also hooked up with prominent sites like Flipkart, Club Factory as well as Amazon.
