- Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur.
Hi, I am Aditya Chakranarayan, CEO & founder of Digitalwireframe Technologies. So speaking about my entrepreneur journey it all started back in 2014. I took a job at SOFTCELL in Pune as a commercial trainee. Company culture was really good and everything was fine with growth and pay. But I always had something going on in my mind about starting something on my own. Something which I can say mine.
So after a couple of weeks, I decided to resign from Softcell. After which I started my own marketplace application along with two partners. Later I founded a firm by the name of Digitalwireframe and started providing applications and business services to small and large businesses.
- Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
Choosing entrepreneurship over a job was really a hard decision and I had no mentor for guidance. I wanted freedom – freedom to work on my own ideas without any limitations and enriching to the highest potential of my capacity to develop my skills, knowledge, ideas, and work execution.
- What was the vision behind it?
So talking about the vision behind Digitalwireframe. I want to help each business in India by providing them the right application technology and long term guidance so they can achieve their business goals in a shorter period of time.
- Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what way they are unique?
So we’re in software application business.
We provide services like web & app development, game development, IOT development, AI development, AR/VR, Business development & Brand building, etc.
So my main objective is not just developing an application and delivering it to my client but to learn and understand their business, the challenges they are facing, analysis of their competitor and to create a project report of the whole business. After learning all these things the application that I develop can really be useful for my client to keep up in the market.
- What difficulties have you faced? Are you still facing any difficulty?
When I left my job and started as an entrepreneur I failed very badly as I never had knowledge or guidance on how things work. How to run a company. I also was running out of funds. I lost my vision of the product. Going with wrong partners etc. But the only thing I did right was I never gave up. I tolerated that suffering and started to learn the process to get things done in the right way.
- How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?
I would say that work pressure and stress have always been a part of our lives. We keep high targets, goals, and perform actions accordingly to achieve them. So to lower my stress I always prefer reading books, exercise, meditation, listening to music, and sleeping on time.
- What do you thing is that one strategy which you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?
Observing market and competition, understanding the psychology of a customer, upgrading business fast.
- In what way is your company helping India to grow?
By setting up a smart and effective strategy my company is helping customers to find the right thing they need to build for their business. We create detailed requirement doc and develop an application that can actually help them in day to day operations. Also, we concentrate on cost-effective solutions that clients can afford.
- In your opinion what are the keys to success?
- Hard work & smart work.
- Do proper planning before execution.
- Be around highly, competitive people.
- Gather maximum knowledge about your business by reading books, watching informational videos, etc.
- Connect with experts all around the globe and listen to what they say.
- Build a strong team that works not just for money but also for a vision.
- Take action.
- Never ever give up.
- What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?
If you want to start your company ask yourself why you want to start this company? Can you really afford risk, time, money, relations? If you fail will you do it again or quit? Do you really want to do this thing all your life?
Once you’re sure then you don’t turn back, just do it.
All the best!
