1. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an
entrepreneur?
‘You are what you want to be’.
I have lived my life with this motto and have made evolved choices to live my dream life. As a person, I am full of life, energy, compassion and empathy. All along the way Life Coaching people towards a strong mindset and a better way of living came to me naturally. My professional journey started as a Company Secretary turned into a web designer turned an ICF Certified Life Coach.
The first modality I mastered was as an NLP Practitioner to help my clients overcome their anger, anxiety, depression, various kinds of fears and stress to create richer and more fulfilling lives for themselves. Gradually I added many other modalities to my tool kit.
Today, I am an ICF Certified life coach (ACC) and an NLP Practitioner. I am also an Applied Positive Psychology Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, Law of Attraction Expert, Certified Happiness Coach and Blogger.
2. Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
‘I am the CEO of my own Life’
I chose entrepreneurship because I always wanted to live a life driven by passion. When your passion becomes your work, the motivation to face all challenges comes with ease. Entrepreneurship gives you an opportunity to create a life that you dream and desire.
When I started my job as an intern in a corporate world, I felt like a puppet attached to the strings of the corporate culture where everything is set with pre-defined rules. I am a person who wanted to redefine my life with the rules defined by me. Being an entrepreneur, gave me the freedom to explore various possibilities, give flight to my aspirations and reach out to my clients at a personal level.
3. What was the vision behind starting ‘The Mind Edit’?
The vision behind starting ‘The Mind Edit’ was to empower people to recognize, realign and reinvent their life values and belief system in order to transform their lives.
All the problems and blocks are first created in the human mind. With the help of ‘The Mind Edit’, I wanted my clients to know that you can edit the way you think and create a life you want to live. All of us are work in progress, some accept and amend while others choose to ignore. The objective of ‘The Mind Edit’ is to focus on helping clients find a new solution to old problems by bringing a new and fresh perspective to the problem and challenges.
With the help of ‘The Mind Edit’, I want to reach out to 1 million people all over the globe to transform their lives and lead them towards an inspired living.
