Interview with Prashant Gupta

We best experience life when we connect with our roots, true nature, and innate well-being. We start our life as natural beings but begin to lose the connection with our true nature somewhere along the way. My personal journey is all about returning to this natural self and connecting with what truly belongs to me.

My professional journey of around twenty years started with an attraction for Information Technology, even after doing my MBA in HR & Marketing. I would say I did reasonably well in the IT industry despite my non-IT background and held multiple leadership positions. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with some of the best IT brands, including HCL Technologies and Intel. As a manager and leader for many years, I learned a lot about human behavior, how people operate and how they look at life and its challenges. Most importantly, this experience provided me an insight into my own self, and the question “is life all about this?” became stronger
and persisted despite the external accomplishments.

In early 2018, I finally decided to look beyond and walk the untreaded path to explore what lies within. I was probably looking for answers to the questions I did not know. However, after moving out of the regular job, the time that I spent with myself posed more questions and initiated me into an inner quest. Spirituality, books, audios, training, and other resources became an integral part of my life during this time, and they continue to be, till date.

Towards the end of 2018, I started my venture Wisprout Life, which means sprout your wisdom & life. Wisprout Life is committed to Life Coaching and Life Workshops focusing on Spirituality (not religion), Relationships, Parenting, and Career Transition through individual coaching and life workshops. At the core of my coaching and workshops is the focus on the creation of individual reality, connection with the self, building self-awareness, and taking responsibility to find our well-being. Once people connect with themselves, they find their unique solutions with a more profound sense of inner well-being. In the newly gained perspective of life, it’s not those problems disappear, but more often than not, they lose their significance in the larger context of
life.

In the last 2-3 years, I have delivered more than 600 hours of coaching focusing on the creation of reality, how our minds work, connecting with our true self, navigating through career challenges, relationships, and parenting. With every client I have worked with, the focus remains on the underlying container called spirituality, in which everything else operates. This is an entirely different approach, not relying on structures but driven by experiences. I believe a coaching session is about the presence that a coach brings in rather than the action items that need to be taken. The right environment created by a coach allows the client to open up and
explore what they have never explored.

My experiences with myself and the people I worked with prompted me to express myself through writing. I published my first book, “Do No More,” (available on
https://www.amazon.in/dp/1636695914) in December 2020. “Do No More” is a reminder that what we constantly look for is already available to us. There is nothing that we can do to earn our peace and happiness. This book touches upon fundamental but subtle aspects of life, which come in the way of our well-being.

As a Life, Executive and Spiritual Coach, I look forward to interacting with people at a deeper level, addressing the person and not just the issue. My idea is to make spirituality mainstream so that we can operate from the sense of freedom and effortlessness. I feel what I have experienced through this understanding of the self can also be experienced by everyone else. I am not out there to change the world or anyone else; I am just helping people see where their experiences are coming from. Once they see it, they become aligned with their fundamental nature. It is not about doing anything; it is about being what we already are. My coaching, training and workshops are available in English and Hindi. Here is how you can reach me and connect with me:
