We invited Mitesh Sharma, Founder of Educlasses.co.in, Joofers.com, and Jervice.com for an interview with Most Popular Stories to know more about his entrepreneurial journey.

Mitesh Sharma is a serial entrepreneur who has over 15 years on the Remote Sensing field. His field of work includes Online Educational Platform (Educators, Professionals and Entrepreneurs Interviews; Career Guide; MCQ Series; Technical Blogs), Digital Marketing, Seo Expert, Web & App Development, Blogger, Content Writer, Remote Sensing & GIS Expert and Clothing.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur?

I had a great interest in Computers from my school days, so I did my Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science in 2003 from the Board of Technical Education, Jodhpur. After Diploma, I worked on Remote Sensing and GIS Projects with many renowned scientists in the premises of RRSSC (ISRO) and State Remote Sensing Application Center, Jodhpur through a Private Company.

I worked in the Remote Sensing field for 15 years on various national projects like LULC, Wasteland, Land Degradation, and many more on Satellite Images with the help of many software like ArcGIS, Erdas Imagine, etc.

But in-between years, I heard a word called “Startup” regularly from all over the world and I was impressed very much with it because all these startups are solving many problems worldwide and make life easy for everyone. I wanted to solve real-world problems with my startup.

So in 2018, I started my first online venture Educlasses.co.in, it is an online educational platform that solves the education problem of students. It helps students in various fields like Government Jobs, Competition Preparation, Test Series, Academics, and many more.

We are giving much educational stuff like MCQ Questions, Tutorials, Blogs, Interviews, Career, and Course Guide to our students. They can study online 24X7 and find the right way for their career. We are starting Webinar and Online Courses (Paid and free both) very soon on our platform.

We have brought many intellectual Educators and Professionals on our platform to share their experiences and knowledge. We have many more tools in our pipeline to make this platform better and solve the educational problem of the students.

Along with it, I am running two more Online Platforms. First is Joofers.com, which is a Gift and Quiz platform and second is Jervice.com, which is an accommodation solution platform. Both are at a very early stage, we will increase our team and build them progressively.

Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?

I am highly impressed with many entrepreneurs from all over the world like Bill Gates, Jack Ma, and many more. They were the key players who solved many big real-world problems and made life easy. I wanted to become an entrepreneur and give my input to solve the real-world problem for many years.

I have been doing the same remote sensing job for the last 14 years. I had a fixed schedule and work; I was not doing anything new from the last many years. I was not solving any great problem.

So I started my own startup to solve the real problem of the world. I had an interest in education and the internet. So, I started my online venture to help the students in their career building.

What was the vision behind it?

The main vision is to help students in their career building and solving their problems. We are trying hard to bring many educators and professionals like IIT Professors, ISRO Scientists, Data Science Experts, and many more on our platform. They share their great advice and experience along with trending courses, jobs on our platform.

Education is the real weapon to remove bad things from life, like unemployment, depression, etc. So, it is our humble beginning to give our hands to all needful students and aspirants to help in their career building.

We have great tools in our pipeline which we will implement very soon powered with the latest technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IoT, Cloud, and many more.

Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what way they are unique?

We are offering many things like Career Guide, Blogs, MCQ Questions, and Tutorials to our customers. Along with it, we are continuously bringing many scientists, professors, and professionals on our platform to share their views and give a way for career building.

We are bringing many new tools powered by Machine Learning in the upcoming month. It will be a great unique thing for students and aspirants.

What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?

I had faced many difficulties in my journey. I visited many Institutes and Professors in Jodhpur in my starting days to bring them on board for sharing their knowledge, giving interviews, guiding students, and helping me to make MCQ Questions and Tutorials.

But nobody showed interest, so I started it with my very close ones and made many things on my own like Online Platform, MCQ Questions, Tutorials, Career Guide, and many more.

We got our first interview with the help of my friend Puneet Sharma. He told her sister to give an interview on our platform; she was an Educator in a Paritosh Institute. Later some others known like Dr. Rajesh Yadav (My Teacher), Namita Sharma (Maven Institute), Govind Jangid, Dr. Mahesh Gaur (Cazri Scientist) came on board and shared their insights.

My colleague Vijay Athwani, Sunil Sankhla, Dr. Alka Gehlot, J P Jangid, Ajay Choudhary, Mihir Ghosh, and team helped me a lot.

Now we are in a very good stage and many intellectual educators and professionals from all over India are on the board and sharing their insights with everyone.

How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

I do Meditation and Yoga every day for 1 hour. It will really help to handle the pressure and manage stress.

What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?

I have a “Never Give Up” strategy from the beginning of my Startup. I believe that every startup has many ups and downs in its journey everywhere in the world.

But if you have self-confidence, courage, and Never Give Up attitude then you will definitely conquer the world one day. It really helps me to grow as a person/startup.

How your company is helping India to grow?

Currently, India has a great asset, its massive young population and all are trying to build their career with the help of education. If everyone gets the proper education and guidance at the right time then it is a great solution for them.

Today we have all things like Computers, Laptops, Mobiles, Internet to give education to our youth. So we are trying to build an educational platform with the help of these tools to provide many online study materials to get an education at 24X7.

Along with this, we are trying to bring intellectual persons on our platform to help students, aspirants, researchers in many ways. We got a little bit of success and we have a great plan to solve many educational problems in India. We will really help them in their career, jobs, and study.

In your opinion what are the keys to success?

I always say “Just Try”. Try one more time with a new better plan, if you get defeated. Win and Loose is the part of the game but the real key to get success is doing something intellectually. Keep trying and focus on your goal.

You must have a Never Give Up attitude to get success. I read a quote once on the web that “Nothing works else do.” So I always try to obey that quote.

What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

Please, do a market survey first, before starting any startup in your entrepreneurship journey. Find out the real problem in the world, make a proper strategy to solve that problem, read about your competitors, and must have a great pipeline of new ideas to improve your product and service.

Entrepreneurship is a great way to solve any problem but it wants a great focus and dedication. So be focused and keep updating yourself.
