?

Beeshma Advisory Pvt Ltd started in June 2015. Now we have three offices Bangalore, Pune, and Singapore. You can get the 360-degree experience of business through entrepreneurship only. Even though you work in very senior positions as an employee. Your roles are always well defined with the bracket.

3. What was the vision behind it?

The main vision was to give a global platform to Indian companies. We saw that thing was missing in India. Even someone to expand the business in Argentina or Ethiopia BAPL team is very well equipped from advisory, implementation, and managing those structures in long run.

4. Describe the services that you offer to your customers and in what
the way they are unique?

We help Indian companies who are planning to expand the business overseas. It might be Africa, America, Europe, or anywhere across the globe. Most of the team members have worked for a minimum of 5 years internationally. That gives us an edge to understand the client’s challenges and helps us in suggesting the right country, suitable company type, and shareholding pattern. So far we have taken around 400 Indian companies global and around 30 overseas large companies into the Indian market. Quite a few companies are listed on the New York Stock exchange etc.

5. What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?

Finding the right resources (employees) worked in International taxation and having the knowledge of Corporate Law of different jurisdictions. Reaching out the right kind of clientele but we believe this is the challenge across all industries.

6. How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

All our assignments are time-bound and handling pressure is a prerequisite for anyone who is looking to enter this kind of business. We keep the client’s expectations very clear at the beginning and follow a very transparent model. Managing stress is Art.

7. How do you market your business?

We do a lot of 1 to 1 meeting, attend conferences in India and abroad.

8. How many hours a day do you work on average & can you
describe/outline your typical day?

Most of us work around 9 to 10 hours a day.  Conference calls, meetings, and routine work.

9. In your opinion what are the keys to success?

Focus, hard work, and determination. Knowing your job well.

10. What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring
entrepreneur?

Start something on your own only if you are passionate about it. Entrepreneurship demands a lot of sacrifices.
