AIDoings is an emerging AI company bringing innovative world-class products to the market; designed and developed in India for the integration of the technology for developing with products for the Millennial Kids with a mission to redefine Education in Schools.

  1. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur

I am Uttam Panda (BTech + IIM- Lucknow, ATL Mentor for Change), I am a technology Enthusiast, Globetrotter, Photographer & Dreamer.

I was Architecting Hi-Tech product & Engineering solutions for organizations like ST Ericsson, Motorola & Samsung and working with the Best of the Best IT Consulting Companies for a period of 17 years and then decided the time has come to give back and this is how AIDoings was formed.

My entrepreneurial journey started on May 30, 2018, when I thought I can’t start until I register a company and this is how AIDoings was born. For the start, we were very clear that we want to do and work in the education sector. I came across with few parents who were talking about Dyslexia in their kid and my mind just started to work on the same – Combine with the latest in both AI and eye-tracking technology with the “human touch” of good teachers.

Machine learning algorithms will be able to recognize correlations and patterns in eye movement data, we can quickly and objectively determine a child’s reading attainment. Some of these patterns might even elude most human beings or other computer programs, therefore, their introduction into the classroom can help offer teachers a different perspective when it comes to reading, as well providing the valuable information they need in minutes, without adding to workloads.

Modeling the Creative Lab in School of India which would be an experience for the Kids/Parents/Teacher. This is how we started the journey and it’s still going on…

  1. Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?

I always wanted to be the captain of a Ship. So I Learn and experience the art in the job and try to implement it, as a captain of AIDoings

  1. What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?

AIDoings is venturing into an Education Domain and wants to Redefine it by inducing Intelligence by virtue of the 4th Industrial revolution products and services into the system.

Interacting with the stakeholders of the education ecosystem and telling about the products and services is like climbing Mount Everest but I feel and confident my team will achieve it.

Another difficulty is getting talent from the market and there is very less talent on the Deep Tech technology in India. We are talking with institutes where we are trying to set-up training Labs on their campus and train then. This is the reason for setting-up the Business Wing – Maddy.

  1. How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?

The pressure and stress are part of corporate life. Discuss with friends and mentors take suggestions from them. Usually, I plan for a vacation every 3 months to rejuvenate myself and spend time with my 3 beautiful angels – Isis (Wife), Titiksh (Son) and Chelvy (Daughter).

Always I want to live the life every day and because we don’t how it will be the next day.

Plan quarterly goals – execute it – achieve it —> Guru Mantra

  1. What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?

In my opinion, there is no strategy that can make you grow as a person/startup, but its the culture which is in the vibe within you/ which you in vibe within your organization help to grow.

  1. How your company is helping India to grow?

The Indian Education sector is amongst the largest in the world, with an extensive network of more than 1.4 million schools (with over 200 million students enrolled) and more than 850 universities and 40,000 higher education institutes.

Key drivers include higher enrolment as well as efforts to ensure lower drop-out rates in schools along with, factors such as the greater proportion of the population in the school-going age, growing middle-class population with increasing income levels, increasing private spend on education, while challenges relating to access to and participation in education, quality of education imparted, sectoral efficiency, governance and management, and financial commitment to education development also continue to persist.

As India is going to be the next superpower, we must redefine the current education system, the redefining here is not only to change the education system of India but is to induce the 4th Industrial revolution technologies, products, and curriculum into the education system.

The AIDoings Team is comprised of people with varying backgrounds and experiences with a driving desire for all children to discover the joys of following their dreams.

The AIDoings team is inching towards redefining the Education Ecosystem more suited for the Millennials. We, the Indians must come out of the British education system and try to integrate technology into it to ensure that artificial intelligence (AI)—by which we mean highly autonomous systems that outperform humans at most economically valuable work—benefits all of humanity.

We will attempt to directly build safe and beneficial AI agents for the Millennials Kids but will also consider our mission fulfilled if our work aids others to achieve this outcome

In my opinion, the COVID-19 situation has really taught us that the education system can be from the Kid’s houses and the whole education can be in front of their face and in their fingertips.

AIDoings is trying to give a hand, in making India as a super- power.

  1. In your opinion what are the keys to success?

The definition of success is one that eludes us all and one that continues to evolve. In other words, to quote the great Michael Jordan, “success is how you perceive it”. For me, success is by bringing a smile in the face of a kid and redefining the current education system of India. There is absolutely no definition/keys to success, once you think that you know it and you are successful, from that day onwards your creativity goes for a toss.

Don’t just be good to others be good to yourself, too.” – Create an ecosystem around yourself which are all complimentary to each other. For me, Success is a very abstract term. The definition is different for each individual.

  1. What advice would you give to someone starting out as an aspiring entrepreneur?

What’s life, without an impossible dream. I believe everybody has a dream of what they want to do, to all the aspiring entrepreneurs I would say believe in yourself and start the journey. You are never alone in this journey, people will put out there hand for support – together the journey will be great.

It’s a journey of a lifetime, do enjoy the journey. Believe in what’s your heart is saying and implement the same using your brains.
