Mr. Amit Raj is a dedicated, determined and hardworking individual with a creative mindset. He has a wide experience and knowledge in the Entertainment Industry. Amit Raj is highly accomplished with expertise in Movie designing head, post-production head and Digital Marketing and promotion head.

- Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey as an entrepreneur.
I have 3 years of experience working with beverages trading and spices trading(Royal Tea Traders), late-night restaurant start-up (ni8life.com) I have a diploma in information science and technology from Dayananda Sagar institutions and BCA degree from C V Raman University. I speak confidently, train, and organize. I consider myself a good public speaker, and I have a good sense of humor. People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with good communication skills. I am a dedicated, determined and hardworking individual with creativity.
I enjoy reading novels, articles, blogs, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading gives me has strengthened my teaching skills, content writing skills, novel writing skills, and presentation abilities. I have been successful in handling difficult situations, and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. This flexibility will help me in the global corporate sector, where there are many different personalities and learning styles.”
The Journey of Sthiraay Concepts
2017
Sthiraay Concepts, a complete Branding, and Digital Marketing company commenced its operations in 2017 with an objective to assist businesses to win in the online world. Sthiraay Concepts opens new avenues and choices ensuring a complete end to end branding and promotional activity.
The journey started with a short meeting between Amit & Nitin at a Dhaba in south Bengaluru. Both share a common interest and passion for the Entertainment industry. Amit already possesses experience in the film industry as a Digital Marketing Head and Post-production head.
2018
Amit and Nitin started their first project a music video with intense work out on lyrics and other things. On April 23rd, 2018; the first music video was launched and the journey reached the first milestone. Post-production, branding, and marketing were handled by Amit and Nitin‘s team After a successful project – Bangaluru Rocks – musical video; both got many hit projects like Bengaluru rocks, amma I love you, kaddu mucchi, Preethi Keli Sneha kaledukolla bedi, chemistry Of kariyappa, Bengaluru Nagara, morlaami, kranthipura, Malebillu & many more.
2019
After a wonderful journey of 18 months, Sthiraay Concepts got converted to a Private limited company in December 2019. Today it is Sthiraay Concepts Pvt Ltd
- Why did you choose entrepreneurship over a job?
Because I never wanted to retire & get lazy by working from 9-5 & doing the same job for 30 years & die sober without any global exposure & knowledge where I believe the white-collared 9-5’s are jailed to their thoughts & not exploring what actually they are capable of & can in the real-time reality technology is driven universe.
I realized I am here to put a dent in the universe otherwise why would I be here & Do not wait for the things to happen, go & make it happen is my everyday motive. I felt I have to make an impact on everyone’s life through entrepreneurship till then there is no word called “ STOP “.
- What was the vision behind it?
The vision is to deliver quality visuals & marketing services to the people in the expensive corporate world. To deliver the right Marketing strategies & right promotional techniques & right professional ethics & right reach to stand still in the industry as a global leader.

- What difficulties which you have faced or you are facing?
In digital marketing, it is very tough to make the client understand it & to continue the service with them is a Himalayan task and finally ends with the word unsatisfied. Because we are living in an era where there are knowledgable people and uneducated people as well.
Even today we are facing the same old issue of making them understand the service & process. They would be expecting a result of 1 cr ROI on an investment of Rs 10,000/- that sounds weird but yes.
So we need a proper platform & proper funnel & audiences should analyze what platforms are required for their Bussiness category and not to rush in all platforms which wouldn’t work out these days.
- How do you handle the pressure and manage stress?
It’s not that I wouldn’t get angry but I will at times in such cases I would just tell my brain to calm down inside & in seconds I would just watch motivational videos & listen to good music so I become calm on myself.
- What is one strategy that you believe has helped you grow as a person/startup?
Do not wait for the things to happen, just go and make it happen.
- How your company is helping India to grow?
Our company might not be helping the country in the larger segment though as it’s an 18-month-old startup but keeping that in mind in the near future our company would like to help & contribute to the country in the field of internet of things, cybersecurity, machine learning, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality & more.
- In your opinion what are the keys to success?
In my opinion the keys to success is the 5w’s
